I am not sure as to why your account is showing as expired! You have validated your email address / activated the account, so should have a free one month's trial period. The account was created on 19/06/2019 and so the one month's free trial period should not expire until 19/07/2019.

(Even if an account has expired, you can still log on and read your reviews (or export from them, or run reports). You can also log in to our Account Manager at https://eppi.ioe.ac.uk/cms/Default.aspx?tabid=2935 and purchase further access or share reviews.)

I have now reset your expiry date, so hopefully you should have full access to EPPI Reviewer 4 again.

Should you wish to extend your account further, you can do so via the online shop facility in the Account Manager. (Click the Purchase tab in the row of tabs across the top of the Account Manager screen.) We have an instructional video on the process available at http://youtu.be/UfXw39uPIM4.
