Dear Team,

I started a systematic review by my own initially. I did one section  (out of 4 section)and then decided to share and invited a reviewer.

1) But he (second reviewer) is unable to do the section I did before sharing. He can do the other 3 sections.

2) I have finished my part of screening. I want to review my work  (all-before sharing and after sharing)and see how many I have included and excluded without disturbing the other reviewer who is still in the process of doing it. For that if I click omplete, he will loose his work. Is any otherway to do it?

Kind regards

Hi Pushpa,

You can do a coding report, or a configurable report to get a list of what you have done. (See the sections on Coding Reports and Configurable Reports in the manual, available from https://eppi.ioe.ac.uk/cms/Default.aspx?tabid=2933.)

Hopefully they should provide you with what you need - a list of all your references, along with their coding records. I have emailed you some example screenshots of these reports.

(The double-screening does mean you will only see your coding or completed coding when go through your references. However, if you do list disagreements via a comparison report (under the Collaborate tab), you can at least see the current situation and compare what has been done so far.)

Hope that helps, but do let us know if you require any further information.

Kind regards,

Zak
