Hi,
If the review is an "official" Cochrane review, your (authorised) colleagues should be able to access it via their Archie credentials.
(See https://training.cochrane.org/resource/eppi-reviewer for details of accessing EPPI Reviewer via Archie credentials, including an instructional video from the EPPI Centre. Other information from Cochrane on EPPI Reviewer can also be found at https://community.cochrane.org/help/t...e/eppi-reviewer and https://training.cochrane.org/resourc...eviewer-webinar. We also have several instructional videos and a full manual available via our Manuals page at https://eppi.ioe.ac.uk/cms/Default.aspx?tabid=2933. Note that EPPI Reviewer 4 requires Internet Explorer 11 or Firefox ESR v52.9.0, together with the Microsoft Silverlight plug-in. Instructional guides for running the app on PC or Mac can be found on our Manuals page.)
If the review is not yet an official Cochrane review, we can mark it as a "potential" Cochrane review. Just let us know the name of the review (or the review ID number).
You can create any number of normal, single-user, reviews when you access the EPPI Reviewer 4 application via http://eppi.ioe.ac.uk/eppireviewer4/ - just enter a name and click the Create New Review button open our software. We can then make the review potential Cochrane review.
Once we have done that, you can invite colleagues to access the review via our Account Manager page at https://eppi.ioe.ac.uk/cms/Default.aspx?tabid=2935. (Just click the Edit link adjacent to the relevant review, followed by the Invite link, then enter your colleague's email address. We have an instructional video detailing the process available on our videos page at https://www.youtube.com/user/EPPIReviewer4.)
Hope that helps, but do let us know if you need any further information or assistance. We can create a new "potential Cochrane" review for you, if you have any issues doing so (and could also invite the relevant people to access it, should you not be able to for any reason).
(You may find it easier to contact us via our support email address - eppisupport@ucl.ac.uk; we will also check if you have responded via the forum, but the response may not be as quick as an email.)
Kind regards,
EPPI Support
