Hi,

I have been working in a trial account on a shared review. When this ran out, I paid the subscription, but I have paid for the shared review access, instead of just to renew the account. I'm not the admin/creator of the shared review, so I think, didn't need to pay for this.

Can you suggest what to do? Is it possible to switch the subscription to cover the account, rather than the shared review?
