Hello,

I am trying to extend my shareable review (10821) by 1 month along with the four user licences for my second reviewers by 1 month each. For some reason my payment is not going through - I didn't have trouble with payment processing when I originally purchased the review and user licences - I'm just wondering if there is a problem with the system or if I should contact my bank?

Dear Hannah,

 

We have been experiencing some issues with our payment gateway provider recently, so the problem is most likely to be at our end rather than yours. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

We will contact you by email to confirm exactly what extension you need and process this manually.

I am having the same issues as described by Hannah below (was trying to extend for a year) and am extrememly frustrated as i have now tried three different cards and none of them are working. I also contacted the bank and they have told me that there is no difficulty at their end. I have tried on a few different days at this point.

I need to complete some work urgently on a shareable review  by tuesday afternoon and am now way behind. Please can you help by processing a payment over the phone? is there any way to talk to a human being or how can i sort this quickly

Sorry for the issues you experienced with the payment system. Please can you email our support address EPPISupport@ucl.ac.uk, and we can extend the account from our end. (I did look at your accounts but wasn't sure which one you were currently using / which one to extend.)
