Hello, I have an existing account with EPPI-REVIEWER. The thing is that it is about to expire on July 25th, 2015. I want to extend my subscription, but there is no icons in the account manager that allow me to do so. How can I purchase more months now to avoid the expiration of my account? Could you please let me know? Thanks, Heba

Hello Heba,

If you log into the 'Account manager' that you can find on the 'EPPI-Reviewer 4 gateway' (http://eppi.ioe.ac.uk/cms/er4) you should see a 'Purchase' tab. This gives you access to the online shop where you can extend your access at any time. Are you not seeing that?
