 Hello

I've tried over a few days to access the eppi user's manual with no success. The link on the "manuals" page just hangs. It seems to not finish loading.

Has anyone seen this and found a solution?

Hello Mike,

I had someone else tell me the same thing on Thursday. When I try to access the manual it downloads without issue.

The last update took it above 9Mbytes so perhaps its size is now becoming an issue. I have optimised the document so it is smaller now. Would you be able to check again if you can access it and then let us know whether you were able to or not.

 Hello Jeff

I was using my Mac via wireless on campus and at home and the little blue progress bar just seemed to stall about 90% through. I moved to a PC via ethernet on campus and it downloaded, though it took a while.

I've tried again on the Mac/wireless and it worked this time! I use Little Snitch to monitor network traffic. It clocked about 150kB/s for a total of 7.4MB download. The PDF ends up at 7.3MB of disk space. FYI: I usually get more bandwidth on campus (350-900MB/s). Not sure if the network is slow today or if the server is "fatigued" : ).
