Hi,

I'm trying to import search results from Ovid. I've exported the results from Ovid and saved them in the RIS file format, but when I try to import them into eppi reviewer I get a message saying "File not found. Check the file name and try again". This happens when I use the RIS and the Ovid RIS import filters. I was able to import a different RIS file yesterday, produced on EBSCO, without difficulty.

Do you have any advice on how to resolve this?

Just to check, I have just exported some Ovid search results and directly imported them into EPPI Reviewer 4 without issue.

To confirm, the process is as follows -:

• Carry out the search within Ovid and then select Export.
   
• Select RIS format and Complete Reference from the resultant options, then the Export button and save the resultant file.
   
• Within ER4, click the Import References button in the main Documents pane (or Manage Sources / Add New in the right-hand side Sources pane). Select RIS format and browse to the file, then click the Read File button followed by Upload Items button.
