RIS Export - not working

I've tried numerous times to convert a txt file to RIS. I have the records saved in EndNote Web & have exported in a variety of formats (EndNote, RefMan RIS) and made sure my start/end tags are accurate.

I'm consistently getting an error message that says "The number of start tags (%0 ) and the number of end tags (%~ ) are not the same. The 'hits' file may need editing."

In an effort to figure this out on my own, I have proofed and tried to import very small batches (5)... with no luck.

Please help. Thank you.

Dear Andrea,

Would it be possible for you to send us a sample of your txt files? I'm not sure what is causing the issues you describe, but am happy to take a look and see what we can do.
