Import AgeInfo search results

Hi, Is someone familiar with the import of AgeInfo search results into EPPI Reviewer?

It is a txt file but seems inconvertable to EPPI import criteria.

Hi,

The output contents from AgeInfo http://www.cpa.org.uk/ageinfo/ look fairly standard in terms of their fields (Title, Journal, Author, Publisher, etc.)

We will need to look at converting the fieldnames in to standard RIS format tags e.g. TI, JO, AU, etc., but should be able to do this.

We will contact you shortly, once we have created a suitable converter.

Hi,

Is it more difficult than expected? I've tried myself again today, but it didn't work out for me. Please help me import AgeInfo search results in EPPI.

The RIS export utility will not even upload the txt file.....

Hello Ilse,

I ran a search on the age info site and saved the search results. I was then able to find an import filter in the RIS EXPORT utility that converted the file.

The file looked like this...

I then used this filter in the RIS EXPORT utility

This was able to convert the file correctly in RIS.

Did you file look similar?
