RIS export not working

I have been trying to convert my Cochrane results to a RIS file. I have a text file, which I selected in the RIS conversion tool. However, when I select UPLOAD, it just goes back to "select a file".

I have tried this with files I have already succesfully converted to RIS to make sure it's not to do with my file, but to no avail. It seems to be broken?

I have an iMac using Chrome/Firefox/Safari depending on which one happens to work at the time with eppi-reviewer. This problem happened both on Chrome and Safari.

Hello Michael,

I just tried the RIS EXPORT utility and it appears to be working for me.

The utility is a webapplication that will time out if you have it on your screen but aren't using it. If you reload the page it will restart your session. Is it possible that is what happened in your situation?

Could you try it again and let me know if you are still having this issue. We can then monitor if your file has actually been uploaded or not.
