Dear ER team,

We have a list of 45 relevant references that we want to include in ER as "included on T&A".

How can we do that? Can this be done at the same time we create the reference in ER, or we need to find the references later and code them?

Many thanks!

Hello Dafni,

If you are importing the items in a batch (or batches) you can list the items based on their source. This is done by selecting 'List' for the source in the 'Sources' tab. Once they are displayed in the documents tab you can select them, right-click the 'included on T&A' code and then select 'Assign selected items to this code'. This will assign the  'included on T&A' code to all of the items.

If you are entering the items individually then I would suggest assigning the code immediately after creating the item as you will still be in the 'Document details' window.

Best regards,

Jeff
