If you need to see which items you have already uploaded pdfs to you can run a search in the ‘Search’ tab and select ‘with at least one document uploaded’ in the ‘Find documents’ option (or ‘without any documents uploaded’ if you want to see which ones still need doing).

The best way to keep track of this information is to create a ‘Document retrieval’ codeset that has codes such as ‘Not in file’, ‘In file’, ‘On order’, etc. You could then assign the ‘Not in file’ code to all of the items and when you uploaded an item mark it as ‘In file’ (and remove the ‘Not in file’ code). This will allow you to run a frequency report to see immediately which items have pdfs uploaded (or not).
