Disappearing codes

One of my codes has disappeared. Any thoughts?

Hi Theo,

Can you give us a bit more to go on? There are tens of thousands of codes on the system and we've not heard of them disappearing so far. Do you know what it was called?

It was in review #189, code set 'Abstract screening', and called 'EX no FoC/health/wellbeing data'.

Yesterday evening.

I've been seeing codes move around the list to some extent, and some items lose codes that were there before, but this is the first time a whole code has gone.

We're having a look at this now. Have you deleted any codes recently?

Not in that code set, but i did delete a couple in the other code sets in the course of yesterday. Thanks
