Hello,

We'd like to add two new reviewers/log-ins to our EPPI Review ('BCATPR Yes').  The YouTube video looks helpful, but I'm unable to access the Account Manager; when I click on the tab, I get the following message:

 

Server Application Unavailable. The web application you are trying to access on this web server is currently unavailable. Please hit the "Refresh" button in your web browser to retry the request.

 

This has been happening since this morning (~10 a.m. PST, 13 September).  We were able to use it last week without any problems.  Is this problem on our end (entirely possible), or has EPPI been experiencing difficulties?
