Hi Iordan,
I think you have your code sets set up to do 'multiple' coding - i.e. having two people code the same study independently before coming to a common agreement about the final codes to apply. In this case, the codes need to be marked as 'complete' before they appear in reports. This is documented around page 27 in the manual (25 November edition).
The coding won't appear in reports until you have been through the records and 'completed' the coding. If you don't intend to go through the process of double-coding and reconciling your differences with another reviewer, we can automatically complete them for you as a batch (though this would need to wait until tomorrow UK time). A quick way of doing them one-by-one is to click on the red 'no entry' icon in the coding screen; this should bring up a box asking you to confirm that you want to complete the coding. Once all the coding has been completed, you probably need to set the properties of the code set to 'single user data entry', so that everything is marked as completed to begin with and you don't need to go through the additional stage of completing the coding.
Regarding different browsers, you should always get the same functionality in firefox and internet explorer, as the program runs in a plugin which should be independent of the browser. (Having said this, sometimes firefox's handling of plugins can be suspect!)
I hope this helps, but let me know if you have any more questions.
James.
