Cannot open pdf document n Eppi-revierwer to start inductive coding

Dear Eppi-revierwe support.

I have upladed the relevant pdf documen to Eppi-reviewer but when clicking on 'view pdf' nothing happens.

Please assit urgently

Dear Christelle,

Can you confirm which version of EPPI Reviewer you are using (ER4 or ER-Web)? Are you using regular access or Coding Only access?

(I am assuming you are referring to your review ID #19994.)

I have checked the review and the View button has worked correctly on the items I checked.
