Losingitems

Items that I know I have coded yesterday are now appearing as uncoded. This makes me very nervous and is time consuming. Are you able to look into this? Examples include Internal ID 877468 which was coded in Code Set "Screening - DV, SS, PA" yesterday and is now appearing as uncoded in that set. There are quite a few others.

Hello Daniel,

What we suspect may have been happening is that your connection to our servers may have had intermittent dropouts. The error messages that you saw were not specific enough to let you know this was the case.

What we have done is change the message so that it will indicate there was a problem saving the data and advising you to verify or re-enter your data.

This change will be visible the next time we publish.
