I uploaded more references today (review ID17844) and re-ran the duplicate checker - new ones appeared and most have been resolved. However, for some the options "Duplicate", "Not a duplicate" etc are greyed-out so can't be resolved.

Dear Mark,

It sounds like some duplicates may have been marked as potential members of more than one duplicate group. If you click the Manage Duplicates button from the main Documents window, you can then select a particular item and remove it from unnecessary groups. You can also delete unnecessary groups and select which item is master item for a particular group. These functions are found under the Manual / Advanced tab.

(Note that items that have already been coded will not be automatically marked or grouped, so as to avoid losing the coding information associated with that item.)

I have emailed you with screenshots of the process, and it is also covered around page 36 of our manual.

Please email us on EPPISupport@UCL if you require any further assistance on this particular matter.

Kind regards,

EPPI Support
