That is strange! It should be fine, even if you've deleted a previously-created group.

The process is detailed in the manual (available from https://eppi.ioe.ac.uk/CMS/Portals/35...browsers_1.docx) around p56, but I have summarised it below.

1. Create a new codeset (of Administration type) to track your work allocations
   
   
    
2. Click the icon to randomly assign items
   
   
    
3. Select all those items which don't yet have any coding against the Screen on Title & Abstract codeset (or the particular codeset you are working on), and create child codes underneath your new Adminstration codeset (as created in Step 1) for the number of groups / people you wish to utilise and the relevant percentage of items you wish to work with.
   
   
    
4. You should now see your new groups listed under your Administrative codeset.
   
   
    
5. Under the Collaborate tab, create new work assignments for each of the groups / people under your Administrative codeset
   
   
    
6. You will see the work allocations listed; clicking on any of the numbers adjacent to a reviewer's name will bring up a list of those items (i.e. all the allocated items, the ones yet to be completed, and the ones that have been completed)
   
   

Can you let me know the name or ID number of the review you are working on, so I can check all is working OK on it? I did have a brief look at your account on our system (and the shared reviews you had access to!), but couldn't tell which shared review you were referring to.
