Saving configurable reports as Word docs

I have not been able to save my reports as word files for several days. I get this message

"unable to save report"

This is really holding me up.

More generally, the system seems to be getting more and more unstable - lots of getting frozen and dropping out :(

Dear Sarah,

Just to confirm, it is worth trying alternative browsers (e.g. Firefox ESR v52 available from https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox...ons/all/#legacy), and checking on the specification of your PC, as per the email we have sent.

Unfortunately, the rendering of the reports is quite an "intensive" process and does use a fair amount of resources on your computer, so it is worth running the report without any other programs or browser tabs open.

Hopefully we will manage to get the issue resolved for your particular setup!
