Completion of work allocations

I have allocated articles to screen on title/abstract, however there are multiple articles that have already been coded on title/abstract that aren't showing up as complete within the work allocation. How do we fix this?

Hi,

If you are using comparison coding, then the items aren't marked as completed until you go through and reconcile any differences between various reviewers / coders choices (or accept one coder's choices as the preferred answer) - even if someone has screened or coded a particular item for a particular codeset.

I have emailed you directly with screenshots further detailing coding and completion.
