Hi,
in our review, we have now entered the stage to extract data: I am using a Mac and I think this might be the reason for the following problem - in order to scroll up or down in teh mode "view PDF" in EPPI reviewer, all I can do is clicking on the up and down arrows, which takes quite some time. The bars don't work either, or if, then very, very slow. Wanting to scroll using the touchpad or the mouse, just doesn't work. I wonder why that is? My colleague uses a PC and she can scroll without any problems. I kindly ask for your advise here.. Thank you!

Hi,

Can I check which web browser and OS you are using? Note that only Firefox ESR (Extended Support Release, NOT the standard release) and Safari will run EPPI Reviewer 4 properly. You will also need to ensure that you have Silverlight installed and fully enabled within you browser security settings.
