Hi!

So, we are doing a review with three reviewers, and we have 3510 results. These results have been allocated in 3 sets of 1170 results each, and each review has screened 2 sets of results.

Prior to establishing these sets and allocating the screening, I created a test run to check our reliability. Each reviewer screen just between 100-200 results during the test run.

It seems now that although I deleted the "Test run" under "Coding Assignments" the results assigned under the test run are showing up in our comparison report. So while each reviewer should have coded 2340 results (1170 x2) instead our individual numbers of results coded are 2386, 2468 and 2454.

How can I remove any effects of our test run in the comparison reports?

Hi,

You can see just the 3 sets of 1170 results, without the test run results, by creating a comparison and filtering it (i.e. removing the test run results).

See the screenshot below - showing a comparison between MW and JC, where each user has 1170 results. (The unfiltered comparison shows 2454 and 2468 results for MW and JC respectively.)

I have left the search in your review, so you can look at it or run it yourself.

I have also emailed you further screenshots showing the numbers derived from a normal and a filtered comparison on your review.

Hope this helps, but please do let us know if you require any further assistance or information.

Kind regards,

Zak Ghouze
