Was the coding type for "Screen on title and abstract" changed to Comparison Coding from Normal Coding? This may explain certain discrepancies...

I have looked at the coding for some of your incomplete items, and can see where all three reviewers have coded the item but no agreement on the final coding has been made. Such items will still be marked as incomplete, even though they have been coded by each of the coders.

I am also unsure about your work allocation - I can see code sets listing work groups, but no items have these codes...

You should be able to override the status and mark items as complete or incomplete; I have sent you further details on this, with screenshots, via email.
