Hi Sarah,

Were duplicate checks undertaken before additional items were imported / added? This can create issues with the software finding duplicates, especially if similar duplicates / duplicate groups have already been created.

Looking at your items, I manually found some duplicates where duplicate groups already existed. If you find such items they can be added to an existing duplicate group by first selecting them, then clicking the Manage Duplicates icon. In the window that appears, select the Manual / Advanced tab along the top, and then the Add Selected Item(s) in the bottom half of the window.
