I think this is down to multiple users coding the same document / codeset...

I am assuming you are referring to the coding done by Ryan, and that his coding shows several items remaining / left to be coded by him.

Clicking on this brings up a list of the relevant items...

If we click on any one, we can see the coding record.

Even though Ryan has yet to complete his coding, another user has coded the item, hence it is marked complete.

(If you wish to address this, Ryan will have to go in to each of these items, untick what others have done of his allocation, and then complete the coding again himself. To facilitate this, it is possible to expand a codeset by right-clicking on its parent and selecting "Expand from here" as shown below.)
