We are a team of 4 new users who need to work on a sharable review (ID: 11522, titled “CRP and ES”). Unfortunately, we made mistakes during the RIS Import step and have imported 4 wrong RIS source files.

I have selected the option “delete” several times in the attempt to get rid of the four wrong RIS, but these do not get removed completely and keep clashing with the one correct RIS source file we need to work on (titled: CPRs+Ess_17Feb17-ROMINA, made of only 1336 hits)

Would it be possible for you to help us removing completely and permanently from the sharable review ID: 11522, titled “CRP and ES” the four wrong RIS source files?

The only RIS source file needed there is this: CPRs+Ess_17Feb17-ROMINA, made of 1336 hits

Dear Jeff,

Many thanks for answering to my question. I have done as instructed and applied the reset of duplicate checking in the 'Advanced/Manual' tab and then have went into the box left hand side, clicked on Sources and there clicked on the Delete button for the RIS files I need to remove. This however has not removed them from the shareable review. 

They are still appearing in the Sources section on the left hand side.  As we are four people working in this shareable review, to avoid mistakes and hiccups during the process, is there a way to completely erase them so that no trace is left of the wrong RIS files in this review? We would need to have  only one RIS file - the one needed.
