Hi,

I am trying to manually upload some PDF file. When I am in the create new document window under the citation details tab, there is no option to click on the upload button (its solid gray when I click it nothing happens). This still occurs even after I manually input all the information. Not sure if there is something I am doing wrong or if i have to upload PDF in a different way (the manual tells me to do it the way i did).

Hello Cisse,

If the Upload button is disabled then this suggests that either your user account or review is expired or you have been assigned a read-only role in the review.

If you could you let me know the review (ID number) that we are talking about I can have a look at it.

Hi Jeff,

my ID number is 11564. I am the owner of the account so i would imagine i am not given a read-only role with my paid membership. Today my account expires so i will renew it once the issues is resolved.

Hi Jeff,

disregard my last I figured out the issue. I have to first create a new document record, save and close the record and then I can upload the PDF.
