Hello again, 

To Jeff - many thanks for explaining why this DataPortal timeout is a recurring issue, much appreciated. 

In keeping with your note about appreciating when EPPI users inform you of specific occurrences, I am writing to say that this has just Timeout has started happening again, a few minutes ago, so I am unable to move to the second page of my studies.

Sorry it's always me! I'm coding intensively at the moment so am bound to be the one to notice.

Hello Eliel,

thanks for letting us know! I've discovered this was happening from a support request via email, and (once again: temporarily) fixed it earlier today. Your review seems fine right now. Please do let us know if it happens again, while I frantically search for a once-and-for-all solution.

Hi everyone,

I have been having this issue too. It started suddenly on several of my reviews and I'm not sure how to fix it? One review is very large, but the other has fewer than 700 articles.

Hello Eliel, Michael,

I tried going to page 2 of Eliel's review and got the timeout message. I also tried one of Michael's reviews and got the timeout message as well.

We are still looking for a proper solution to this problem but in the meantime have applied a quick fix so you should be able to access your reviews for now without the timeout. Our aplogies for the frustration this issue must be causing you.
