I have imported all of my search results and I am trying to check for duplicates (I only have 300 search results). I clicked on the 'manage duplicates' icon then on 'get new duplicates'. After a couple of minutes, the alert telling me that duplicate checking is stil running in the background came up. However, the 'manage duplicate groups' page now seems to be stuck on 'refreshing duplicates list'. I then got the Alert message ' DataPortal.Fetch Failed (Time out expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to the completeion of the operation or the server is not responding). I have closed down EPPI-Reviewer completely a few times now, but everytime I open it back up and go back to the 'Manage duplicate groups' page, it is still stuck on 'refreshing duplicates list'. I am unable to close or navigate away from this page.

We found what the problem was. There was an issue at our end that we have now corrected.

We have re-run the duplicate check again it appears to be working properly. You should be able to carry on working in your review.
