After reconcilliation between two reviewers, the frequency counts are shown, but when selecting (go) a code the reference list is not shown? just a blank screen.

How do we get to see the list.

Hello Toby,

If you see the counts on the Frequency page but do not see the items on the documents tab when you click on Go, I suspect that the items may have the Exclude flag assigned to them. When you are on the Documents tab, and not seeing the items, click on the 'List Exlcuded documents' icon and the items will most likely appear.
