I am assuming you are referring to your review #11118 (Colposcopy updates). Let me know if I have the wrong review!
I checked and it seemed read only access still applied to your colleagues. (Perhaps the setting to disable "read only" hadn't been saved, or there was a temporary connection outage between your computer and our servers when the change was being made...)
I have set all the accounts with access in the review to "regular access" (apart from yours, which stays as admin).
Can you check your colleagues' access again, and let me know if they can edit?
The other potential cause of issues is that codesets can be "locked" to prevent editing. Each codeset will need checking to ensure this is not the case.
I did find some codesets were still "locked" i.e. your team will not be able to edit them...
(Right-clicking on a codeset and selecting Properties should tell you the status of the codeset.)
It does sound like you had already checked these potential issues, so the only thing I can think of that was causing your colleagues problems was the changes you made not being saved for some reason.
Let me know how your colleagues get on with editing codesets, once you have checked these settings.
