Hi. After having had a trial account I today purchased a shareable review. However, two things are happening. Firstly, the import references button is not live and second, i'm getting a message (related?) at the bottom of the screen saying tha tmy account has expired, presumably because the trial account has expired.  I can't see where I can adjust this and wonder that is why the import button is not active.

Dear Chris,

Just to confirm, the user account and shareable review are two separate things... Though you have now purchased a shareable review, a user account must also be active to edit the review (including importing in new references).

(Guidelines on our fees are detailed here -: https://eppi.ioe.ac.uk/cms/Default.aspx?tabid=2937.)

You will need to extend your user account in order to use the shareable review fully.

Hope that helps!

Kind regards,

Zak Ghouze
