Yes - that will be fine. We have users with hundreds of thousands of references in their review.

Note that the program has automated procedures / machine-learning algorithms for screening your references, to vastly quicken the process. You can also use the software to de-duplicate your references - which will be useful if you have gathered your references from more than one source.
