Error message

Hi,

One of my collaborators is getting a message like this:

"Debugging resource strings are unavailable. Often the key and arguments
provide sufficient information to diagnose the problem. See
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=106663&Version=5.1.50901.00&File=Syst
em.ServiceModel.dll&Key=CrossDomainError"

I am not really sure in which direction to point her. Is this a Silverlink issue?

Hello David,

Whenever you see a 'CrossDomainError' message it normally suggests that you are accessing EPPI-Reviewer using the link https://eppi.ioe.ac.uk/eppireviewer4/ rather than http://eppi.ioe.ac.uk/eppireviewer4/ (one is https and the other http). You will want to use the http url (not https).

If you try that link you shouldn't get the cross-domain error.
