Hello,

I find the following error message when i opening the application:

[HttpWebRequest_WebException_RemoteServer]

It's a recurrent problem, it happens often and it's really ennoying because of that i can't use the application.

Also i have another error, when i want to save something in the info part of a code:

DataPortal.update failed (System.NullReferenceException : Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

At

Businesslibrary.businessClasses.itemAtributeSaveComand.DataPortal_Execute

At lambda_method(Closure, Object, Object)

At Csla.Reflection.MethodCaller.CallMethod(Object obj, DynamicMethodHandle, Boolean hasParameters, Object [] parameter)

Could you help me resolve this issue? Is this happening just with me or with other users?

I was already using the http link.

But i still give a try with https link, and had a lot of error messages, as with the http link.

If you are getting those messages with the http link then that is unexpected (and not something we are hearing from others).

To investigate this further we may need you to take some screenshots when the error occurs and send them to us at eppisupport@ucl.ac.uk

If you could describe the exact step that you take before the error occurs then we can try to recreate it.

Hopefully we can determine what might be happening.
