Hi,

I am a new user and have been importing sources with no issues. However, I have tried to import sources from both NCJRS and AFPD databases and the records are not showing up in the EPPI reviewer. I have exported the records from each database in text (.txt) format but it still has not worked. I attempted to use the RIS export feature but could not get it to export. When I open the .txt files the records are there however they are not being detected in EPPI reviewer. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated as I would like to use both of these databases in a systematic review I will be conducting.

Hello Mitch,

It sounds like you have tried most of your options. Sometimes the file just needs a bit of editing to be sure it is consistant in its format. Other times I might need to tweek an import filter to match the file.

If you email the file to me at  eppisupport@ioe.ac.uk I will have a look at it and see if I can sort something out.
