We've imported our citations and can easily list them using the 'Source' tab, but now we want to add a code to all of these. Rather than doing it manually (there are hundreds of references), we want a shortcut. Is there a way of doing this?

Hello Ruth,

Do you want to add the same code to all of the items? After listing the items based on source you can select all of the items by clicking the checkbox at the top of the list of items on the documents tab. Now you should right click the code to add and select 'Assign selected items to this code'. The selected code will be added to all of the items.

If you have more than 700 items listed you will need to do this a page at a time.

Best regards,

Jeff
