Hello Florence,
In EPPI-Reviewer version 4 (the one requiring Silverlight), in the "Documents" tab, main toolbar, there is a button with a Printer Icon (tooltip is "List formatted bibliography / export table"). Clicking it will show a few exporting options, which all refer to the list of references that is currently shown (more on this below). You would probably want to experiment with the last option "Export current page / selection".
This will produce an HTML table which can be readily imported into Excel and from there into a multitude of formats. This is done by dragging the file onto an open window of Excel and then "save as", to ensure you'll be able to pick a new format.
The table will contain all items loaded in the current list if nothing is selected, all selected items otherwise.
The catch is that this is a "what you see is what you get" feature: the table will contain only the fields that are shown. To make it include more data re your references, you can click on the "select the fields you want to display" button (three icons to the right of the "printer" button). In there, you'll get the chance to pick a handful of additional fields and also (might be quite useful) change the size of the page (can go up to 4000 references).
In the Web version, nothing stops you from achieving a very similar result by simply selecting the text of the references you want and copying it (CTRL+C and similar). You will then be able to paste it into Excel. The result will include the checkboxes, to get rid of them, saving as "CSV" (or equivalent) and then re-importing would work (other similar routes exist). To change what fields are shown, in this case you'll need to click on the "view options" link on top of the "References" tab.
In case you want more information to be exported, there are two other relevant features: one is the "Export to RIS", which is suitable to export the data about the references as such and can be used to transfer bibliographic data into most, if not all, reference management packages. Otherwise, if you need data about your coding decisions you will need to use one of the numerous reports. Popular choices are the coding report (available in both versions) and the "Quick question report" offered as a sub-choice of the former, but only available in the Web version of EPPI-Reviewer.
I hope this helps,
Sergio
