I have a saved set of search results obtained from the cpi.q database. I imported the search results into refworks, then exported them as a tagged file. I have saved them as a word file (both rtf and txt formats), I have saved them as plain text in notes and in text note. I have tried importing all of these version and none work. I am using a mac. Can you please advise as to where I am going wrong?

Hello Lorraine,

The filter will need to match the format of the file so I would need to have a look at the file. If you wish you can email the file to eppisupport@ioe.ac.uk and I will have a look at.
