Importing an RIS file

Please can you advise me how to import an RIS file? I have selected the RIS import filter and navigated to the RIS file but the 'upload items' button is greyed out. With many thanks, Alison

Dear Alison,

I've given a look, and it seems that something didn't work as expected with your account registration, in particular, the linking to your (Cochrane) Archie Account clearly didn't work, at the time of writing, I don't have an explanation. The result is that your account got caught between alternative licensing models and is currently restricted to read-only: this is most likely the reason why the 'upload items' button is disabled.

I will proceed as follows:

1. reset the Archie side of your account in EPPI-Reviewer.
2. send you instructions via email on how to re-link the EPPI-Reviewer and Archie accounts.
