Hi,

I'm trying to create a new document record and importing a PDF to it. Although I've not been able to do it. Everytime I try to import the PDF, not very long after, it pops up the following message:

":DataPortal.Fetch failed (Timeout expired.  The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding.) "

I normally use Safari on MAC, but I also tried firefox and explorer on PC, and had the same result. I already tried different PDFs, with same result. The same message comes when I tried to access the manually created files list through the source tab on the right.

Any suggestion on how I can go around this problem? Thank you very much.
