Importing PDFs

Hello,

I am just getting started with EPPI-Reviewer. I would like to import PDF files of my articles from my computer into EPPI-Reviewer. I have read the manual and followed instructions, but when I locate my article and click 'Upload', it stays at 0% and does not upload. Any suggestions?

Hello Anna,

Does this happen for every pdf you are trying to upload or just for a particular one. If it is a particular pdf you could sent it to us at eppisupport@ioe.ac.uk and we can have a look at it. Sometimes a pdf can have unusual characters that might confuse the system.

If it is every pdf then could I ask what type of computer you are using (PC or Mac) and what browser (Internet Explorer, Safari, etc.).
