Hello,

I am working on a review in which we are using double-coding.  I understand that coding will not be marked as complete until we do a check-and-reconcile.  However, individual reviewers have expressed a desire to re-visit certain articles  We are not ready to finalize the coding at these point.  Is there a way for Reviewer A to search for everything that she has coded as 'Yes', and for Reviewer B to search for everything that he has coded as 'Yes', and so on, without completing the coding?

Thanks,

Ali

Dear Alison,

I'm afraid there is no direct way of doing this, unfortunately. We can, if you wish, do some digging behind the scenes and create three or four searches that will list these documents for you (will need precise instructions on what you need), this shouldn't take too long. On the other hand, each reviewer could list his/her own uncompleted items and simply revise them all. You can use the "Review Statistics" tab, to list uncompleted codes, in case you have not explicitly allocated them, otherwise you can use the standard "started" links in the Collaborate tab.

Also, you can create a 'Comparison' in the collaborate tab and then run a quick report they can see how each reviewer has coded each item. This may not be appropriate if you need not to see what the other reviewer has done, though.

I hope this helps,

Sergio

I forgot to mention: adding a search option that will do exactly what you describe is pretty high in our to-do list. I do hope this feature will appear reasonably soon.

Best wishes,
Sergio

HI Sergio,

I appreciate the quick reply and the offer of assistance.  Our need isn't too dire, so I think we'll just go with it this time around.  Glad to hear the feature is coming soon, though!

Thanks,

Ali
