To have more than one person in the review you need to have a shareable review. A shareable review has a fee of £35 per month (+VAT for European purchases). Each person in the shareable review needs to have a user account (£10 per month +VAT or European purchases).

As for double screening I would suggest having a look at the instructional videos 'Screening - Part 1: single data entry' and  'Screening - Part 2: multiple data entry'. They can be found on our YouTube channel (http://www.youtube.com/user/eppireviewer4).

EPPI-Reviewer will allow you to carry out double (and triple) coding. It will keep track of what each person has coded and allow you to run comparison reports and generate statistics on the agreements and disagreements.

Any work that you do in your trial period will be available if you extend your access. It is the access of your trial user account that is extended and any reviews you create during the trial will still be there after the extension.
