Hello,

I recently created a new folder in our account ('BCATPR Yes'), and have just realized that is is not accessible to any other reviewers. Is there a way of sharing this folder? Or, if each account is limited to two shareable reviews, is it possible to make BCATPR Yes the second shared folder and to get rid of the one called 'Test Folder'?

Thanks,

Ali

Hello Ali,

Your shareable review is the review called 'BCATPR Master'. This is the one that can have mulitple users in it. Any other reviews that you create will be non-shareable unless you decide to purchase further access and make them shareable as well. The shareable review fee is £35 per month.

I noticed that you use the term 'folder' and that one of the reviews you have created is called 'BCATPR Yes'. In EPPI-Reviewer, rather than having a number of separate reviews that handle the different categories of your project, you need have all parts of your review in the same review. Within that review you can then categorise the items/studies by applying codes to those items. Applying different codes to the studies/items is like placing them in different ‘folders’ (as you describe it) as they can be queried and located based on the codes applied.

Best regards,

Jeff

Thank you, Jeff.  We have done quite extensive coding at this point, and started a second review so that we could work with a sub-set of documents without the background clutter (with duplicates, included/excluded items, and complicated inclusion/exclusion criteria, keeping accurate counts has become a job in itself!).
