Sharing Problem after Account Extension

My MA supervisor and I started a trial shared review over the summer, and allowed the account to expire until we were ready to do some coding "for real."

Now that time has come, and we have paid for six month extensions on our accounts, but the Shared Review isn't showing up on my end.

My supervisor paid for the Shared Review through her account, and it shows up on her end with me attached. Is the problem that I'm the Creator, and didn't continue the share through my account? Please advise, anyone who can, it would be greatly appreciated (I'll also send this an email to support).

Dear James,

It looks like your supervisor may have shared it the review with the wrong account. I have emailed you directly, but not had a response.

Can you confirm the review name or ID number? These are the accounts you have listed below, together with the reviews each has access to -:

Are you using the correct account? It looks like the review your supervisor has shared is “Realist Review” (ID #16244) with your account username “JFRA25” (user ID #10298). However, this account has expired (as of 8/9/18) and hasn’t been logged in to since 4/9/18. Your other account username “JFRA24” is still valid until 18/7/19. Your supervisor could share the review with this account and remove your other account from it. (The review itself is shared until 18/7/19.)
