There is no direct way to determine this. The items you have marked as duplicates won't appear in the program's stats or reports.

(Generally, people will import their references - usually from multiple sources, and then run a de-duplication. After that has been done, they will start to screen the remaining items.)

What information were you trying to find? (We find people can use the term "excluded" to mean a variety of things; we may be able to query our database and find how many items that you marked as duplicates also had "exclude" codes attached to them, if that is the specific thing you are after.)
