Problem uploading full text

Hi. I am having some issues trying to upload full texts to EPPI. The system shows me the upload interface but the browse button is not working. Any ideas?

Good afternoon Pablo,

The "browse" button is probably not working because there is already an active window open for you to select the file from. This window can sometime be hidden or blocked by ADBLOCK addons. I would suggest using [Windows Key] + [Tab] OR [ALT] + [TAB] on your keyboard to find the hidden window from which you can select the file to upload and also checking to see if adblock is blocking the popup.

Hello Pablo, William,

We have seen something similar before and that was related to browser settings on a Mac.

Pablo, could I ask what type of computer (PC or Mac) and what browser you are using. If it is Safari (and sometimes Firefox ESR) you might need to tell the browser to give Silverlight permission to access your file system.
